One flat rate per host. No per-feature upsells.

Trial mode is free for as long as you want it. You only pay once you turn on enforcement, and only for the hosts actually enforcing.

Billing questions

How does per-node billing work?
A node is one host running PROSENTRIQ in production (enforcement) mode. Trial-mode hosts are never billed, regardless of how many you run. You're billed monthly per node currently in production mode; adding or removing a node changes your next invoice, not the current one.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle; you keep production access through the end of the period you already paid for, then your account falls back to trial (observation-only) rather than being deleted. See the Terms of Service for the full cancellation and refund policy.
Do you offer refunds?
If enforcement mode never actually activated on a node due to a fault on our side within the current billing period, that node's charge for the period is refunded on request. Outside of that, charges for a billing period already in progress are not prorated on cancellation — full detail in the Terms of Service.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Enterprise agreements can be structured annually with volume pricing — talk to sales. Production-tier billing is monthly only.
What happens if I don't pay?
A failed payment moves the affected node(s) back to observation-only mode after a grace period — enforcement is suspended, not your account. You'll get an email before that happens. Nothing is deleted.
Can I self-host the Detection API instead?
Yes — the control plane (api/app/) is designed to be self-hostable; point install.sh --api-base at your own instance. Enterprise agreements can include support for a self-hosted deployment.
